A friend of a friend is one of those people that will rail against Planned Parenthood, sex education and the rest and then in the very same post go on and on about "welfare babies". He has also posted the picture of starving children in Africa and said "if they would all just stop screwing everything that moves, this wouldn't happen." I seriously cannot believe that he still has any one left on his friend's list beyond a few of his like minded drinking buddies because anyone I would care to be friends with has pounced on this idiot with both damned feet. Except for one friend who is fine on 99% of topics and issues but still feels that CPCs are the only way to go for a girl "in trouble". (If there was a whisper font, she would use it in these situations).

I have been to one of these places. I was on my way to work and went in to get a pregnancy test because my wonky system was even more way off than normal. The pregnancy test was given to me in the upstairs area which was set up to look sterile and doctor office-like. While waiting for the results (old school, ten minute test), I was led downstairs to the basement where the lady showed me all of the pretty baby things and goodies they had. I refused to pick up, hold or look at any of it. The younger girl came down with my test results and from the sad eyes I was getting, I was sure that I was pregnant. Nope. I could not believe how disappointed these two strangers acted that I was not pregnant despite the fact that I said I had no interest in being pregnant at that time, I was not intending to stay pregnant if I was and that I was not in the best situation for a pregnancy in the first damned place.
